I will open my eyes to another sunrise
Uncertain of how many more
Reflect in our own mind
From where we have come to where we are
Today is like so many before
Wash it all away
Like muddy water down the drain
Clear my conscience again
Surrender, the end of every road
Every memory, every memory
Take me quietly, home again
Darkened night
I am ready to reconcile all I’ve done tonight
Denial is spreading
And time can break the heart
Let me wash it all away
Right down the drain
And the sun will rise another day
To clear your conscience
Whispers from a distant star
And they tell me that it’s true
They say that forever is in a dream
And in thoughts that speak to you
Inspiration calls to me
To discard the old for new
Wash it away
Like water down a deep drain
Clear my conscience again
And set me free
Surrender, every memory
The end of every road, the end of every road
We return home, home again
We are given the choice to live
Or do nothing at all
We can dream or drown in fear
Or take time from today
And together find a way
To forge a new reality
With the power to transcend
Once we let go of fear
We will know we’re home again
Home again
Fear passes by me through precious time
Fear passes by me
Surrender, surrender
They did it again! Yet another solid record from Odd Logic. The music goes along very well with the moods and theme of the album. The instrumental sections here might be the best out of all their albums. There's a lot more to say but let's keep it short and try it yourself!
Recommend for any prog rock and metal fans. MoonshineO
The Long Island metal band's third album etches arena-sized hooks into their jagged compositions, deftly balancing experimental and poppy inclinations. Bandcamp Album of the Day May 12, 2022
An impressive work of progressive metal, seems initially to be taken out of the best moments of the genre’s behemoths (Fates Warning, Dream Theater). However, with enough distinction and personality, featuring Greek folk elements here and there, the musicianship mastery of the band members make tracks like Nemmortal, Norchestrion and Circadian, bright jewels for the genre and for metal in general. A must have album!!! Hetairos Hekateros
